  Came into the dealership about a month or so ago with my sister to look at a 2013 Honda Civic. Met and dealt with Tom Robinson. I spoke with him on the phone before we came to the dealership so he was waiting for us by the time we arrived. We took the car for a ride and the ride was terrible. Then came come and gave him a $200 deposit to hold the car for us. Came back the following week to start the credit application process. Completed the application and sent it off. Within hours Tom called me to inform me that I'd been accepted for financing. So went back to meet with him again to see what my payments would be like. And my payments were $160/month with $10000 down which was extremely high I felt for a four year old car in okay condition. So I decided it wasn't worth it and the customer service we received was pitiful. So we went back again to get our money back and never even received a thank you for our deposit or interest in Goodwills Used Cars. Very very disappointed in this dealership. These guys are crooks who don't care about their customers. WILL NEVER go back to this dealership.
